Today VICS celebrates women, especially women with whom we’ve been blessed to share our lives as volunteers.Two VICS volunteers, Ellen  (shown in the picture) and Myra (taking the picture) have been in Kolofata, Cameroon for 24 years.  Every year women from the area buy material, sew a new outfit and celebrate International Women’s Day together.

So, today, and everyday we honour women with whom we’ve worked.  We have learned so much from them. We are blessed.
